Mile Away Restaurant – Milford, New Hampshire
I flew into Boston on Sunday morning, the day of Stefanie and Evan’s wedding. They had told me about their plans to have a brunch wedding and I was immediately excited. Who doesn’t love a good brunch wedding? I had been to Boston several times before so I was pretty familiar with the airport and city but this wedding was going to be about an hour north in New Hampshire. I have always heard about how beautiful New Hampshire was in the fall months but I hadn’t had the pleasure of taking it all in before. Let me just say it did not disappoint! The wedding was being held at the stunning Mile Away Restaurant in Milford. To say this venue was anything but gorgeous, would do it no justice! The wedding was a Jewish Ceremony held under the Chuppa by the Flower gardens. The weather was in the upper 60’s and the day couldn’t have been more amazing. Maisy, Stefanie and Evan’s dog was wheeled down in a Red Radio Flyer wagon as the ring bearer, due to her blindness by the best man. Even if she couldn’t see the ceremony she attentively looked towards Stef and Evan while they said their vows.
The reception was held in the tented part of the Mile Away. It was a dream come true wedding. The guests were surprised by Evan and Stef with a song performance to start everything off at the reception, which then led into their first dance sung by a guest and close friend. Everyone watched on in awe as they danced, then proceeded to invite all their friends and family onto the dance floor to join them in celebrating love. The reception got, even more, fun when they did a traditional Hava Nagila, with the chairs while all the men lifted their chairs and danced around. I can say this was one of the best brunch weddings I have had the pleasure of capturing and attending. The party did not stop there. Guest keep the dancing going and were all out there dancing the afternoon away. The images speak for themselves, this garden-themed brunch wedding was just stunning and amazing!
