Heather and Nathan – Downtown Cleveland Engagement
Heather and Nathan had to try 3x to get engagement photos due to some unfavorable Cleveland weather. However, when we did finally get to shoot and man was it worth it. We started at Voinovich Park in Downtown Cleveland, behind the Rockhall overlooking Lake Erie. We laughed and walked along the pier while the sun and summer breeze was blowing. Heather and Nathan had been doing long distance for some time as Nathan was currently in Nashville. Heather and Nathan both reveled in the chance and opportunity to hit up the city they both loved and get some great images from it as well.
The Start
The weather and night was perfect. We joked and laughed about how Cleveland didn’t want them to get photos since the other 2x we tried to schedule photos the weather laughed at us and said not this weekend! But third time is a charm and this time around we took full advantage of the gorgeous non-rainy summer weather! We started the night behind the Cleveland Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on the Lakeside. Walking up and down chatting about wedding day details, what they were most looking forward to, and the possibility of Nathan coming back to Cleveland after the wedding.
The End
We ended the night at one of the busiest streets in Cleveland, East 4th. If you have ever been to Cleveland you are probably well aware of this little gem in the middle of downtown. It can be quite hopping. As we were shooting on a Friday night that was certainly the case. Crowds of people enjoying a beautiful summer evening. We snuck into the alley of Zocolo for some alleyway kisses and a few by the Cleveland Clothing Company for some more downtown Urban shots before Heather and Nathan headed out to a dinner date.
