The Workshop Experience
So if you read part one you’ll know where all these images are from. Day one of my workshop with Katelyn James we had a styled shoot with two lovely models. It was such a great learning experience. Katelyn showed us how we should try to set up our shots, then proceeded to shoot it and show us on her camera what we could capture. She taught us a lot about angles and cropping. Its amazing how much tweaking the view can change the entire image. The goal was to make it look not as if we were shooting in front of the garage (er, porch). Unfortunately the rain came and we didn’t get very many shots in the driveway before having to move it to the porch. Still for it being gloomy and pouring down rain I think we got some good stuff! Katelyn was published just recently by Grey Likes Weddings, hence why I had to wait so long before posting my stuff. On to the images!!…
Katelyn was so nice and friendly. She was a great teacher. Showed us exactly how she approached it and what settings ect. it was so great learning from her. Poor little Bokeh! He just wanted to join everyone outside. Isn’t he super cute!?
